During a health crisis, it can feel as though you are on a huge roller coaster. You climb in the seat, you get locked in and the ride begins. You are on for the ride. Thank heavens for the caregivers, those for whom it is a calling and not just a job! ( just a side note...for every hour you are under anesthesia, it takes about a month to regain your endurance so take the naps, breathe deeply, drink water, bask in the sunshine, be easy on yourself
